Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret these Terms & Conditions correctly.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 77ca platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference.

By completing the registration process on 77ca, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence, including after any account closure in relation to any outstanding obligations.

77ca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 77ca will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered contact address. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version published at 77ca.app/terms-conditions.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

77ca is an adults-only platform. Only players who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to register, deposit, and participate in any real-money activity on the platform.

Access to 77ca is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform. This is a mandatory, non-negotiable requirement. 77ca takes the protection of minors seriously and employs age verification measures at multiple points in the account lifecycle — including at registration and prior to processing a player's first withdrawal.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (c) you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these terms; and (d) participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable to you in your location.

77ca may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts for which satisfactory documentation cannot be provided may be permanently closed and funds returned to the verified payment method used to deposit, net of any bonus funds.

Section 4

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 77ca. Providing accurate registration information is a condition of use, and duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

To use the real-money features of the 77ca platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on 77ca. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 77ca will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Accurate Contact Details: Your registered mobile number and email address must be valid and accessible to you. These details are used for account recovery, transaction notifications, and promotional communications. Using a mobile number that is not yours to receive OTP verification is a breach of these terms.
4. Account Non-Transferability: Your 77ca account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
5. Verification: 77ca may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

77ca supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

All funds deposited into your 77ca account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount on 77ca is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform itself, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with their respective terms of service. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's limits before initiating a large deposit.

1. Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77ca balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.
2. Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on the account. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are generally processed within a few hours during normal operating periods.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement.
4. Verification Before Withdrawal: Players who have not completed identity verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. Providing accurate and timely documentation prevents delays.
5. Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 77ca does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
6. Dormant Account Deductions: If an account has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

Section 6

Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 77ca platform are subject to the general terms set out here, plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

77ca periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms attached to any bonus before claiming it.

1. One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household, one per device, and one per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or shared devices — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the required timeframe will be automatically removed from the account. The expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
4. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳1,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
5. Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and some games may be excluded entirely from bonus play. The excluded games list and contribution rates are published alongside each individual promotion.
6. Abuse and Fraud: 77ca reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, advantage play, or fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with a promotion. This includes coordinated play across multiple accounts.
7. Right to Withdraw Promotions: 77ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be disadvantaged by a subsequent modification to the promotion's future availability.

Section 7

Game Rules & Betting

The rules governing individual games and betting markets on 77ca are defined by the game providers and the platform's sportsbook rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Each game available on the 77ca platform operates according to rules set by the relevant game provider (for example, Pragmatic Play slot rules, Evolution Gaming live casino rules, or Spribe crash game rules). These rules are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other events — are governed by the 77ca sportsbook rules, which include provisions for the voiding of markets in cases of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances. In all such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

1. Bets Are Final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 77ca platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where the platform's own cash-out functionality (if available) permits. Confirmed bets stand regardless of any subsequent error in the player's judgement.
2. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 77ca will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the relevant round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's balance. Winnings accumulated during a malfunction that cannot be verified may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Obvious Errors in Odds: 77ca reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (for example, a data feed error publishing odds that are clearly incorrect relative to market prices). In such cases, affected bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at the platform's discretion.
4. Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time. Odds are subject to change between the moment a player views them and the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.

Section 8

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the 77ca platform in good faith and in compliance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

77ca maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. Engaging in any of the activities listed below is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 77ca reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or recover any funds associated with such conduct.

1. Fraud and Dishonesty: Using stolen payment credentials, misrepresenting your identity, or providing false documentation is strictly prohibited and will be referred to the relevant authorities.
2. Money Laundering: Using the 77ca platform to launder funds or to disguise the proceeds of any criminal activity is a serious criminal offence. 77ca cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated bonus abuse, or arranged sports betting outcomes — is prohibited.
4. Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, game exploit software, or any other tool designed to circumvent the normal operation of games or betting markets is strictly prohibited.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform constitutes fraud. All funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be recovered and the account permanently closed.
6. Abusive Conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77ca support staff or other users is prohibited. 77ca will act swiftly to protect its staff and the integrity of the platform.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

77ca may suspend or close an account at any time where there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the player's own request through the responsible gaming tools.

77ca reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily — freezing deposits, withdrawals, and game access — pending investigation of suspected terms violations, fraud, or unusual activity patterns. During a suspension, the player will be notified where possible and given the opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation.

Permanent account closure may be applied where: (a) a material breach of these terms has been confirmed; (b) a player has been found to be a Prohibited Person (underage or in a restricted jurisdiction); (c) the account has been used for money laundering or other criminal activity; or (d) 77ca determines that continuing to provide services to the player creates unacceptable risk to the platform or other users.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 77ca support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements. Players wishing to take an extended break from gaming are encouraged to use the time-out or self-exclusion tools available from within their account settings before requesting closure.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

77ca's liability to players is limited in accordance with the terms below. Players use the platform at their own risk.

The 77ca platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 77ca takes reasonable steps to maintain the availability and performance of the platform, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 77ca will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ca shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of winnings or expected winnings arising from technical malfunction, connectivity failures, or force majeure events; (c) damage to your device or software arising from your use of the platform; or (d) the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content or data feeds.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ca platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, design, text, and graphics — is the property of 77ca or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ca platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without the express written consent of 77ca.

Game content and software available on the platform is licensed from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of these terms and may constitute infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the 77ca platform should in the first instance be directed to the 77ca support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.

77ca is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these terms, please contact the 77ca support team in the first instance via the in-account live chat or by email at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.

77ca makes no representation that the content or services offered on the platform are appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those in which the platform is designed to operate. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 77ca accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in contravention of local laws.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of 77ca. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
